How do I create an account?
Download Circl from the App Store and sign up with your phone number. You'll receive a one-time code to verify your identity.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings within the app and select "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your data, including your profile, questions, responses, and contacts. You can also email us at circlproject2026@gmail.com to request account deletion.
How do I reset my password?
Circl uses passwordless authentication via one-time codes sent to your phone number. There is no password to reset.
How do I stop receiving SMS invitations?
Reply STOP to any SMS message from Circl. You will not receive any further messages. You can also email us at circlproject2026@gmail.com to be removed from our SMS recipient list.
How do I report inappropriate content or behavior?
Email us at circlproject2026@gmail.com with details of the content or user in question. We take all reports seriously and will respond promptly.
How do I manage my notifications?
You can manage notification preferences in the app's Settings screen. You can also control Circl's notification permissions through your device's system settings.
